The eye-catching Sunseeker Predator 108 motor yacht ICU has been recently the star of the filming of three television programmes in El Gouna on the Red Sea, in the fascinating Egypt yacht vacation location. The filming was an excellent result of the collaboration between Sunseeker Egypt and the international television production company 3W (What a Wonderful World).

The last week of April 2015 saw the striking superyacht ICU feature in all three productions. The TV company crew were in El Gouna to film a luxury destination show on El Gouna for French TV channel M6 and two special episodes of the highly successful French action show ‘Adrenaline’ for L’Equipe Television. During the shoot, luxury yacht ICU was moored outside the Sunseeker Egypt office on Sunseeker Island.

Sunseeker Egypt General Manager Craig Hume explains: “We were approached by the 3W producers who were looking for a luxury yacht from which they could film the TV shows and we knew their preference was for a Sunseeker. “ICU” was the obvious choice for both the Adrenaline shows and the luxury destination show, simply because it’s by far the most eye catching yacht on the Red Sea and has that real ‘wow’ factor. We approached the owner and captain, who both graciously obliged by donating the yacht with full crew for the period of the filming so we were extremely pleased.”

The Adrenaline episodes will go live later this year. The M6 destination show, regularly watched by around 3 million viewers, will air on May 17, 2015.

Next month’s Cannes Yacht Festival will be marked by Sunseeker’s exclusive celebration to recognise a huge landmark for the business – the delivery of the 100th luxury performance yacht in the 100ft+ “superyacht” category. The first 100ft+ model of the prominent British shipyard was Sunseeker 105 Yacht (example is charter yacht Moliver), launched in the summer of 2000.

These include an amazing custom piano in the main saloon, a highly custom entertainment system, a removable staging built over the hot tub so a band can perform on a stage, as well as a number of truly bespoke and custom furniture pieces in each suite on board this striking vessel, specially commissioned by the owners favourite designer.

As with all Sunseeker’s new wave of 2016 models, the 95 yacht is based on the classic deep V hull with performance at its heart, enabling it to cruise at up to 24 knots or accelerate up to 28 knots, depending on engine option.

Currently present at the Cannes Yachting Festival, the well-known Sunseeker International organised an exclusive celebration to mark the delivery of the 100th Sunseeker Luxury Performance yacht of over 100 feet. The company hosted a VIP champagne breakfast to celebrate this milestone, which signals a true coming of age for this iconic UK brand.

The exclusive breakfast was attended by world-wide press, partner companies, colleagues and owners. The audience was presented with an insight into the history of Sunseeker from CEO, Phil Popham and John Braithwaite, Co-founder.

The first Sunseeker 100ft+ model, Sunseeker 105 Yacht (such as charter yacht Willpower), was launched in the summer of 2000. This was the first step on the brand’s road to become an important player in the superyacht sector. Since then, in less then 15 years, the company reached an impressive milestone, producing on average around seven 100ft+ yachts every year at its manufacturing facilities in Dorset, UK.

Sunseeker’s 100ft+ yacht range has quickly developed and now includes boats  from the sleek and powerful 101 Sport Yacht to the majestic flagship Sunseeker 155 Yacht (such as BLUSH superyacht), with a diverse range of options in between. The eye-catching Sunseeker Predator 108 motor yacht ZULU is now available for sale, lying in the South of France. Combining both design and performance, the 32-metre superyacht ZULU underwent an interior refit by Baldwin Harris in 2013.

The beautiful satin cherry interiors of luxury yacht ZULU are complemented by carbon fibre features, light grey soft furnishing and a number of non-Sunseeker factory design features. Accommodation is offered in a lavish master stateroom, one VIP double cabin and two twin guest cabins, with further accommodation for four crew.

The generous deck area of the 32m ZULU yacht hosts two bow sunbathing areas, complete with a spa tub and a large aft deck with dining table and seating. In 2013, all exterior cushions were recovered in light grey Sunbrella.

The asking price includes a 2013 Williams 445 jet tender, stored on the rise and fall hydraulic aft platform, with further storage available in the large garage.
